Lakeland Sales Club produces and sells non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, primarily scripts, graphical user interfaces (GUIs), systems, and 3D assets intended for use within third-party gaming platforms (e.g., Roblox). We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with third-party software updates.

We are the sole owner of all intellectual property rights embedded within our Services and digital products. This includes, without limitation, source code, Luau scripts, databases, UI/UX designs, audio, video, text, and graphics. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of these intellectual property rights to you.

Upon valid purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased digital product(s) solely for your personal or individual project use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the product.
• Claim the product or its source code as your own.
• Use the product in any commercial projects without providing explicit credit to Lakeland Sales Club.
• Distribute the product to third parties who have not purchased a license.

STRICT ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY:

You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, deobfuscating, cracking, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any protected or compiled product provided by us.

Furthermore, "leaking" (the unauthorized public or private distribution of our paid products) is a severe violation of these Terms. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have leaked our products or assisted in leaking, your license will be immediately revoked, your accounts will be blacklisted across our services, and we reserve the right to pursue civil damages under applicable intellectual property laws (including the DMCA).

Our products are provided "as is." While we strive to ensure our scripts and systems are bug-free and optimized, we do not guarantee they will function perfectly in all environments or alongside third-party code. It is your responsibility to possess the necessary technical knowledge to implement the assets as documented.

We accept payments via Robux (via Roblox gamepasses/developer products) and specific fiat gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By initiating a transaction, you warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method and have the legal right to use it.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist, and we will submit evidence of product delivery to the payment processor or law enforcement.

To access our products, you must link your Discord and/or Roblox accounts to our Web Hub. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts. We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Hub, our Discord server, and your purchased products at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten our staff or other users.
• Bypass our Hub authorization or DRM systems.
• Use automated scripts or bots to spam our APIs.
• Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or launch denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our websites, APIs, or infrastructure.

The services and products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of the services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in dispute.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lakeland Sales Club and our affiliates, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use/misuse of the products.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lakeland Sales Club operates, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
